There comes a time when all great things come to an end, and that time is now for DXMINI. Building hot spots, designing interfaces, and providing superior customer service takes a lot of time and dedication. As many of you know, this is not my only job. There are many competing priorities that tend to remove me from spending time with my family and just enjoying life. One thing that I have learned in 2020, you can not get back missed time with family members. Many people were faced with very challenging and difficult experiences during our global COVID-19 pandemic. Many of my supply chains were impacted and prohibiting me from sourcing parts to continue to serve you. I know many of you have been waiting patiently to purchase the DXMINI v2. Unfortunately, it will no longer be available to order and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
So, what does this mean for current customers? Don't worry, I will continue to support your device and honor all one-year warranties as stated when you purchased your DXMINI. I will also continue to publish updated firmware for the devices and continue to come out with new functionalities. Please remember, I started this business a few years ago because I am also a amateur radio operator and wanted a better hot spot for myself as well. Thus I will continue to develop the DXMINI v2 over time as I find new and creative ways to provide additional features to the device and will share with all my customers via firmware updates that can be completed directly from the front screen on your DXMINI v2.
For the time being, I will keep this website published. I will eventually remove the content from this site and close the URL while moving all support to the DXMINI Facebook group page and Discord. Lastly, I want to say a sincere thank you to all that have supported me and my products over the last 3 years. Your curiosity, excitement of digital modes, and commitment to making me feel like I had the best hot spot on the market will be something I cherish for many years. Thank you for being there, thank you for supporting me and thank you for bringing a sense of community to amateur radio.
